Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Computer Operator to work at a facility in Brooklyn, New York. These are registry positions with our company. Pay Rate: $22 / hour *W2 Shift details: M-F 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Duties: Vendor outreach and communications via phone and Outlook Prepare RFQ documents and addendums via Microsoft Word and Adobe Pro Receive incoming quotes/proposals Assess submitted quotes/proposals for arithmetic errors and correct prevailing wages Process vendor responsibility checks Prepare procurement records Procurement project tracking via Microsoft Excel Maintain project retention via filing Possible misc. administrative tasks Benefits: -Medical -Dental -Vision -Term Life -Short-Term Disability Coverage -401K If interested, please apply through this job post.
