WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Specialty Physicians of Illinois, LLC is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider with interests in orthopedics and podiatry to join our well-established Orthopedic department at Franciscan Health Olympia Fields Medical Pavilion in Olympia Fields, IL. Our expert team of orthopedic providers offers a comprehensive orthopedic program specializing in the prevention and treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal conditions - those affecting the bones, joints, tendons, muscles, ligaments, and spine.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have a background in orthopedic work. Having clinic experience is a plus. Candidate will have a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Provider will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with our orthopedic physicians and support staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Flexible, full-time schedule
- Experience in orthopedics is preferred, not required
- Average outpatient volume: 10 - 15 patients per day
- Common Diagnoses and Procedures:
- Arthroscopies
- Fractures (all types)
- Soft tissue injuries (ligament, tendon, injuries)
- Joint replacement surgery
- Ligament reconstruction and repair
- Joint pain
- Joint injections
- Up-to-date technologies and state-of-the-art surgical equipment
- X-ray within practice and lab available on nearby campus
- Highly collaborative environment with strong mentorship opportunities

Qualifications:
- Required Master's Degree
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
- Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) - Required; or
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
