We are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to join our Pittsburgh (Cheswick) location! Your Responsibilities: Curtiss-Wright EMD is searching for a manager for the Digital Transformation (DT) group. The position includes managing direct professionals, project planning and execution, and interacting with other groups across the organization as it pertains to process improvement, digital application development, and supporting system infrastructure. We Take Care of Our People: Paid Time Off I 401K with Employer Match and Profit Sharing I Health and Wellness Benefits I Learning and Development Opportunities I Referral Program I Competitive Pay I Recognition I Employee Stock Purchase Plan (https://curtisswright.com/investor-relations/overview/default.aspx) I Inclusive & Supportive Culture (https://careers.curtisswright.com/en/who-we-are/) Your Challenge: Manage a team of professionals including both process analysts and application developers Provide project management oversight of transformational initiatives including business process improvement and application development across multiple Curtiss-Wright locations Engage other groups, departments, and Curtiss-Wright businesses in process improvement initiatives for Digital Transformation solutions Facilitate organizational change management as it relates to digital transformation Plan, execute and deliver annual budgets, forecasts, manpower capacity projections, and project/work prioritization Manage and prioritize competing activities and motivate team toward key objectives and deadlines Navigate teams through difficult and ambiguous decisions Participate in strategic planning of short and long-term projects that align with business objectives Develop team skillsets to meet the needs of present and future projects Manage and prioritize operational maintenance activities including routine updates, defect reports, resolving technical debt, and enhancement requests Build and enhance process controls for team activities, such as an efficient SDLC process and standardized software development practices Ensure team is working in accordance with policies, procedures and instructions while abiding by safety, environmental, and security rules and guidelines What you Bring: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience or 10 years of relevant experience Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization Ability to prioritize tasks and efforts Experience with the delivery of strategic projects from conception to implementation Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance Who we are: Our Values (https://www.curtisswright.com/company/sustainability/core-values/default.aspx) Environmental, Social and Governance EMD a business unit of Curtiss-Wright in Cheswick, PA designs, manufactures, tests, and provides after-market support for the most advanced, proven and reliable critical function pumps, motors, generators, seals, control rod drive mechanisms and power conditioning electronics available anywhere in the world today.
