This role will lead a team to support marketing needs and value proposition development across all commercial portfolios that deliver sustainable growth. This position requires a focus on driving outcomes, excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication and influencing skills and will partner closely with others in marketing, customer experience, product management and sales.Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans that are aligned to the integrated marketing plan and strategic business goals to drive increased revenue for digital products, equipment and parts/supplies.Commercialization—Ensure market activation and strong value proposition development of products and programs through the value chain. This includes sales enablement input associated with the launching of products, dealer programs, or detail to customers for both new and ongoing product development and solutions to deliver business resultsMeasure and report on the effectiveness of marketing executions tied to business results, new product introductions, and account-level performance via established metrics and dashboardsLead optimization of product marketing plans by analyzing programs and recommend year-over-year improvement to plansMonitor and understand competitors offering and positioning including product, placement, messaging, and digital strategiesLearn, understand and launch new offerings tied to sustainability, incentives and IAQCultivate strong relationships within marketing, customer experience, product management, sales, partners, and other areas of the organizationHelp to represent the voice of the product management teams around marketing to the organizationWhat you will bring: 7-10 years of marketing and/or communication experience Exceptional people and communication skills, creativity and team leadershipA track record of delivering outstanding tangible results in a high performance environmentBachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar; MBA preferred.Travel up to: 30%Growth oriented Marketing Leader with strong business acumenAnalytical and financial skills to allow you to make decisions Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence/inspire (highly collaborative across a variety of function)Passion for excellence in people, process, and productsEnergetic, passionate, driven, and strong interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal, communication and presentation skillsDesire to continuously seek improvement in existing processes and proceduresDriven by demonstrating business resultsStrategic thinker with proven ability to deliver measurable resultsCompensation:Base Pay Range: $142, 800-189,200 Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
