What you will do:
- Be responsible for year on year of profitable growth of the Industrial Trade & Converting business units
- Provide insights on market trends, and play a pivotal role in cross-functional projects as a key player on both global and North American leadership teams
- Help shape the North American strategy within scope of the global strategy as a member of both the regional leadership team for North America as well as global leadership team
- Drive year-over-year profitable growth and be at the forefront of business strategy.
- Create a powerful distribution & converter channel network - both traditional and digital
- Guide a high-performing team, shaping their professional journey through targeted objectives and sales strategies
- Lead growth and innovation
What you will need:
- University degree, MBA preferred
- 12+ years of sales and marketing leadership experience
- Experience with PNL responsibility in a matrix organization
- Distribution management experience
- Strategic thinking combined with leadership skills, business acumen, and multicultural/multilevel communications skills are essential for success
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM
- International experience and demonstrated success operating within matrixed organizations, preferred
