As an end-to-end Regulatory PM, you will be responsible for defining and developing user experiences, backend workflows, and operational processes necessary for eBay and its customers to remain compliant with various regulations around the world. This role requires exceptional communication skills, plus the ability to connect and collaborate with our team and our stakeholders. Our team values center around collaboration, acting with urgency, a passion for the user experience, working with integrity, and having fun!What you will accomplish: Create and evangelize the Product Strategy & Vision for a key product area of the Regulatory Initiative that aligns to our eBay corporate strategy and delivers tangible outcomes for our customers and the eBay business.Define and develop exceptional user experiences and internal workflows to support specific regulations in the Regulatory Initiative to ensure eBay plus its buyers & sellers stay compliant with as little friction as possible.Demonstrate a relentless focus on customer feedback and product metrics, building these inputs into the product lifecycle and leveraging partnerships with design, research, and analytics to learn more. Build personal connections and processes across teams that will drive efficient cross-team collaboration, strong alignment, and clear communications.What you will bring: 6+ years of experience in product management building customer-facing digital products. Experience with online marketplaces and eCommerce platforms preferred.Technical knowledge and proven experience with building engaging, customer-focused end-to-end user experiences; using qualitative and quantitative data and metrics to design optimal customer experiences.Experience managing multiple sophisticated, multi-phase strategic products in parallel with the ability to manage matrixed teams in a global context to successful delivery.Exceptional financial and analytical abilities with a successful track record and specific examples of launching products with measurable impact on a global scale. Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle from planning through deployment; experience using test and validation frameworks throughout the product lifecycle. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in Agile teams is desirable.Passionate about optimizing the user experience for new and existing UX’s. Experience working with design, research, and analytics tools to ensure the voice of our seller is at the center of our product development.Strong, concise communicator and effective story-teller; experience using both analytics and qualitative research to express the vision and strategy of the product.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.$135,200 - $205,700Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
