TDA_Boulder is seeking an Associate Media Director - Digital to lead digital planning, buying, and analytics. This role requires a strategic leader to run the planning, execution and analysis of omnichannel digital media campaigns, manage and develop a team, and build robust client and vendor relationships.
You will be the go-to person to own full funnel digital planning and buying across all channels and platforms including CTV, OLV, Social, Display, Retail, Search and Audio, with a deep understanding of how digital channels can effectively meet and exceed client objectives. With a deep expertise in media buying platforms including programmatic and social, you will be responsible for driving best practices and innovation for our digital campaigns.

Salary range: $90k-$125k based on experience
This is a full-time position in our Boulder, CO office. Our office is currently operating in a hybrid capacity with one in-office day per week. We are committed to finding top talent and will prioritize local candidates, but we are open to considering remote applicants for the right fit.

Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day media operations of the team, as well as their professional development, cultivating a cohesive and supportive working environment
- Apply deep experience and understanding of data-led approaches and media platforms across audience targeting, planning, tracking and measurement
- Research and implement new opportunities and approaches relevant to client strategies
- Oversee team across all steps involved in building successful campaigns from target audience development, channel evaluations to negotiations, trafficking, and reporting
- Recommend tools and platforms to streamline processes
- Build measurement plans that track real business outcomes including sales attribution, brand lift/equity analysis, foot traffic reporting, ROAS, etc.
- Make data-informed decisions to iterate and improve campaign performance, as well as budgeting and spend allocation
- Deliver regular campaign reporting, grounded in meaningful media metrics that deliver on client KPIs along with insightful analysis
- Promote a culture of teamwork, positivity, and empathy within the Agency
- Nurture productive relationships with media companies and publishers to enable department expertise and innovation
- Exhibit strong leadership and provide senior-level media guidance for client businesses
- Participate in new business efforts and lead pitches as needed
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in digital media (CTV/OTT, programmatic, OLV, paid social, etc.) across planning, buying and analytics
- Extensive, hands-on expertise in platforms including The Trade Desk, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and v-lookups
- Knowledge of media research tools including: Comscore, MRI/Simmons, Kantar, Pathmatics
- Demonstrated ability in creative problem-solving and project management
