This includes developing and managing budgets, schedules, and resources; coordinating with stakeholders; providing visibility on status, risks and issues; ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will take a leadership role in defining the program management function for the company.A Day In The Life:Manage intake, resourcing, planning, execution, and metrics for a portfolio of cross-functional programs and projects Partner with engineering leadership to create and manage program and project plans, budgets, and resource schedulesCoordinate with stakeholders, including executive leadership and project managers to ensure alignment and buy-in on program and project deliveryActively monitor and report on program and project progressCollaborate with executive leadership, stakeholders, project managers, and engineers to proactively identify and mitigate risks as well as remove blockers and impediments to project success.Ensure that programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standardsProvide leadership and mentorship to project managers and engineersDevelop and implement new program management methodologies and tools to scale the company’s ability to deliver large scale initiatives.You Will Thrive In This Role If:Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related fieldTechnical fluency in cloud network and system software and hardware 7+ years of experience in technical program management with infrastructure and data center technologies. Strong understanding of technical project management principles and practicesExperience mentoring project managers and engineersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; empathy for cross-functional stakeholdersAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to handle stress and work under pressureProven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBenefits: Hybrid work scheduleIndustry competitive payRestricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology companyHealth insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependentsEmployer contributions to HSA accounts Paid Parental Leave Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability Teladoc 401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salaryGenerous paid time off and holiday scheduleCell phone reimbursementTuition reimbursementSubscription to the Calm appMetLife LegalCompany paid commuter benefit; $50 per pay periodCompensation Range:Compensation will be paid in the range of $180,000-$210,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
