Paralegal

LHH is recruiting a Paralegal for the Cleveland office a regional law firm.  The paralegal will assist the firm's long-term health care group with real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and loan closings.  Opportunity to work from home up to 2 days per week.  Other benefits include:  medical/dental, 401(k) with employer contribution, life insurance, short and long term disability plans, and a generous paid time off policy.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate

• 5-7 year paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department

• Real estate transactional experience, including loan closings

• M&A experience

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
