Join Cascadia Health as a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant and be part of an innovative and community-oriented group serving patients in Portland, Oregon. Cascadia Health's clinics offer patients access to full-spectrum Primary Care services working alongside a compassionate and multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven organization that is working diligently to improve the lives of its patients throughout the community of Portland, Oregon.

  • Monday to Friday schedule, 32 patient hours/8 admin hours
  • Outpatient care only
  • CME: $2,000 and 20hrs (2.5 days)
  • Strong support team willing to mentor and train
  • Diverse patient population, mostly 16 and older
  • Onsite behavioral health support
  • At least 5 years' experience required
