Outpatient Pediatrician

This is an opportunity to join a well-run practice with a highly competent and motivated team of clinicians, clinical and administrative staff. Here you will be supported and have the resources you need as you build your practice and care for your deserving panel of patients. The community has been well cared for by the same Pediatrician for many years. He is looking forward to retirement and ready to introduce you to his patients for a warm hand-off.

• Full-time position, M - F 8AM-5PM
• No weekends, call or rounding

Lake Placid, FL is located in central Florida between Sarasota and Fort Pierce. Home to 20+ freshwater lakes there are wonderful outdoor activities to do year round! This small town offers a wonderful place to raise family, yet be able to visit the bigger cities on the weekend.

Education, Licensure & Certification

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Florida.
• Current, Unrestricted Florida state specific DEA license
• BE/BC Pediatrics
