Why You Should Apply Fun, flexible, family-oriented culture Competitive salary with top benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k with matching, Employee Assistance Program, PTO, and more Opportunities for professional growth and development Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales Manage all marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Organize and coordinate trade shows and other promotional events Work with videographer and team members to create extensive video library to support the brand and products, both promotional and educational Design and create engaging graphics for various marketing materials, including digital campaigns, social media, and print ads Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall company goals Manage the company's social media presence, creating content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement Analyze marketing metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and graphic design techniques to bring innovative ideas to the table Requirements Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, project management, and graphic design Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other graphic design software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with social media management tools and digital marketing platforms How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume, cover letter, and portfolio to kelly@reechcraft.com.
