- Provide comprehensive sales training to distributor sales teams, equipping them with product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations with demo equipment, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our products.
- Deliver training on parts and service management, ensuring distributors can efficiently support their customers.
- Promote and encourage dealer participation in relevant KNA training programs.
- Actively recruit, develop, and train qualified distributors to establish and expand our market share.
- Conduct regular on-site visits with distributors to provide guidance and support in sales, service, and parts operations.
- Stay abreast of technical developments and product updates within our line.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of equipment operation, application recommendations, and competitive advantages.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and features, differentiating our offerings from competitors.
- Cultivate consultative relationships with customers, providing expert guidance and support.
- Manage an annual sales and expense budget for the assigned territory.
- Demonstrate proficiency in marketing materials and programs to assist distributors with national and local marketing efforts.
- Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university and least there successful industrial sales experience; equivalent combination of education and experience
- Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure and manuels
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Apply concepts of basic algebra an6d geometry.
- Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Must have experience with personal computer.
- Must be service oriented, articulate and able to present a positive and professional image.
- Motivates and empowers others in an effective way
- Actively seeks information to understand customers' needs and preferences
