Responsibilities:
  • Lead the supply chain workstream within the SAP S/4 project, ensuring timely and successful delivery of project milestones.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports by managing the planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze current supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the SAP S/4 framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, production, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of supply chain processes.
  • Lead and manage the configuration and implementation of Warehouse Management (WM) or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) modules to optimize warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Ensure efficient warehouse processes, including inbound/outbound logistics, storage, and picking/packing.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP S/4HANA supply chain modules.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with EWM is a plus.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of SAP configuration experience in SAP Logistics, Materials Management & Inventory Management.
  • Must have experience leading a supply chain workstream within the SAP S/4 project, ensuring timely and successful delivery of project milestones.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA supply chain modules, including MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM, TM, and SRM.
  • Ability to lead IM/MM/Logistics workshops and drive decisions.
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel
  • Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
  • Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
