We are seeking a HR Solutions Analyst with a strong emphasis on ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and Power BI to join our Total Rewards team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting optimization of our total rewards programs, with a specific focus on leveraging the capabilities of ADP WFN and Power BI for advanced data analysis and reporting. This role will collaborate closely with HR, finance, and IT teams to ensure our compensation and benefits strategies align with the company's goals and provide a competitive edge in talent acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the integration and ongoing utilization of ADP WFN for total rewards processes
  • Stay updated on ADP WFN updates and enhancements to maximize the system's potential
  • Collaborate with HR leaders to develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with the company's business objectives
  • Evaluate market trends and benchmarking data to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive
  • Utilize ADP WFN and Power BI to analyze compensation and benefits data, providing insights and recommendations for improvements
  • Create advanced dashboards and reports in Power BI for senior management to track key total rewards metrics
  • Develop interactive visualizations for HR and leadership to gain deeper insights into workforce trends
  • Support efforts to enhance the company's analytic reporting capabilities within ADP WFN and Power BI, leveraging features like custom report builders and data modeling
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in reporting functionality
  • Identify internal and external people trends
  • Data quality control in ADP WFN and other systems
  • Participate in compliance audits and assist in the development of policies and procedures
  • Building SOPs and help cards for educational resources
  • Collaborate with HR and corporate communications to develop clear and concise communications regarding total rewards programs
  • Conduct employee training sessions on ADP WFN and Power BI functionality
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of total rewards administration
  • Stay current with industry best practices and propose innovative solutions


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Information Systems (HRIS) advanced proficiency
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional, Global Remuneration Professional) may be preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and compensation management software
  • Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities; ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple, detailed tasks
  • Ability to anticipate problems and issues and exercise good judgment in recommending resolutions
  • Demonstrated project management and process improvement skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, global, and multicultural environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools to manage and interpret large datasets effectively
  • Meticulously reviews data and documents to ensure accuracy and precision, identifying and correcting errors promptly to maintain high-quality standards
  • Demonstrated a high level of confidentiality
  • Thorough knowledge of multi-state employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity within a complex, dynamic, and rapidly changing business environment
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)


Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $95,000 - $105,000 annually
