Role: Advertising Technology Specialist

Target Level: Senior Consultant or Principal (Project Employee)

What You'll Do
• Provide technical subject matter expertise in AdTech strategies and solutions - translating business problems into technical solutions to build engaging personalized experiences
• Work with cross-functional teams to lead implementation and delivery of Ad/MarTech platforms (CDP, CRM, analytics, etc.)
• Drive omni-channel orchestrated experiences leveraging industry-leading marketing automation platforms and closely connected technologies
• Deliver strategic insights on digital collaboration tools, business models, D2C systems, and demand generation through digital marketing
• Contribute to the development our practice through participation in areas such as business development, training, methodology and toolkit development, and recruiting

What You'll Bring
• Solution Architecture with technical subject matter expertise in Ad/MarTech platforms (CDP, CRM, analytics, etc.)
• Experience designing and implementing Ad/MarTech solutions that help clients meet their business goals
• Ability to lead and facilitate workshops - discovery, brainstorming, review, and final read-out
• Managerial experience in leading large, transformational projects and pursuits, including the support of pre-sales activities
• Experience working at a consulting firm or agency is preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly pay rate for this position is between $135-$145 per hour. This position is eligible for medical insurance on the first of the month following 60 days of service. To maintain eligibility for medical insurance, you must be regularly working a minimum of 24 hours per week.
