Who are we hiring?
The Senior Analyst HR Technology Systems works closely with the HR technology team to support highly visible, enterprise-wide Human Resource application including Oracle HCM, Learning Management and Applicant Tracking systems. The Senior Analyst will primarily focus on providing technical support to the HRIS function such as system maintenance, upgrades, administration, and enhancement of HRIS applications. The Senior Analyst is responsible for technical design and development of system integrations, inbound and outbound, that enhance organization automation with other corporate applications including but not limited to Learn Management and Applicant Tracking systems. The Senior Analyst will communicate business needs that fit into our organization’s cloud-based solutions across all people-related systems.
What will you do?
- Gather business requirement, demonstrate proof of concepts, provide technical assistance in configuration, conduct user acceptance testing, and assist HRIS team in migrating the solution.
- Implement and support configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time and Labor, and Talent Management modules.
- Provide technical support and enhancements in Learning Management System.
- Implement and develop integration solutions for Applicant Tracking system.
- Act as an IT business partner for the Talent Management function, driving ongoing enhancements throughout the Talent Management systems landscape. Customize HRIS applications to meet business requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using middleware technologies.
- Possess a deep understanding of the core HR, absence, time and labor, talent management and payroll modules in Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM. The person will be responsible for providing support and resolving operational issues related to these modules.
- Stay updated with Oracle Fusion HCM product releases, new features, and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Flexible to expand the skill set to learn Workforce application for time tracking.
- Maintain and update existing system and application documentation.
- Collaborates with business staff to thoroughly understand the needs to be supported by the information systems and technology.
- Responds to inquiries and provides advice to the client regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.
- Maintains and ensures proper documentation and coordinates or performs testing of system modifications.
- Researches and analyzes the nature, effect, and results of system difficulties.
- Satisfies data sampling, project analysis, testing verification, and other user requests.
- Acts as liaison with Corporate Application team and/or user base.
What do you need to succeed?
- 7+ years of IT experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM in core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence and Talent modules.
- 5+ years’ experience with implementation or support of Learning Management and Applicant Tracking systems.
- Strong proficiency in HCM extracts, Oracle BI reports, OTBI reports and Fast Formulas.
- Strong proficiency in using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet data loader (HSDL.)
- Strong proficiency of advanced MS Excel functionality.
- Hands-on experience in building reports using BI data model and templates.
- Familiarity with web services, REST APIs and XML/JSON data formats to build automated integration solutions using middleware tools.
- Knowledge of middleware automation.
- Ability to lead projects and communicate project plans to various stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.
- Ability to creatively find solutions in a changing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and people skills.

Pay Range
$96,000—$165,000 USD
