North Highland is seeking to hire a consultant to help our Public Sector Client optimize the efficiency and reliability of its Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).
We are seeking a consultant who has experience overseeing all testing activities across designated modules and vendors within the MES, so that multi-module testing will be consistent and complete.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
North Highland is seeking to hire a consultant to help our Public Sector Client optimize the efficiency and reliability of its Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).
We are seeking a consultant who has experience overseeing all testing activities across designated modules and vendors within the MES, so that multi-module testing will be consistent and complete.
YOU WILL:
- Primary accountability is that all user expectations are captured, monitored and met.
- Review test cases and scripts to ensure all dimensions of user requirements, user journeys and expectations are met.
- Develop test cases for automation by Automation Engineers.
- Responsible for alignment of testing with business goals, performs strategic planning of testing, engages with stakeholders, provides business requirements guidance and definition, monitors metrics and KPIs, ensures regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with CMS Certification lead to align with and support certification activities from a testing perspective.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
- 7+ Years of Automated Testing Experience in a Medicaid Enterprise System/Public Sector Environment;
- Deep understanding in test planning (including test data management) and test execution in complex application landscape as well as testing with external parties.
- Must have strong understanding of Testing methodologies, SDLC and Agile frameworks.
- Exhibit detailed-oriented test plan and test case writing skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to find creative solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules. Proactive, self-motivated and independent.
- Develop and maintain good professional working relationships, especially within the test team and with those who interact regularly with the test team.
- Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used.
- Trace test cases and results back to specific quality risks.
- Prefer Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Professional Certification are a Plus;
