ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work within the Marketing Operations team to project manage a portfolio of initiatives tied to ongoing MarTech capability enhancements and business launches that have MarTech dependencies, largely having to do with our Braze customer engagement platform. Activities and scope will include small- and large-scale projects ranging in duration from weeks to multiple quarters, self-contained projects to highly matrixed and cross-functional, and simple to highly technical and complex. The Senior Project Manager will build out end-to-end project plans, or Marketing Operations inputs into larger plans, manage and track status, identify risks and dependencies, and communicate to internal and external stakeholders. The position primarily interfaces with Marketing Operations, along with Product, Data, and Engineering teams.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $106,000.00-151,500.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage dependencies with stakeholder groups by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- Project management and related experience
- Relevant work experience with Digital, Media, and Entertainment, or other tech industries
- Working experience in the Atlassian suite
- Working experience in Agile methodology
- PMI or PMP certification or similar from an accredited organization
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
