About the Team
The Brand Partnerships Manager (BPM) within our growing Global Agency & Accounts (GA&A) team is responsible for hitting revenue goals, building relationships with key enterprise accounts and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through product consultation, solution selling, education and support. Success as a BPM requires strong sales skills, strong partnership with Client Solutions Manager (CSM), fluency in TikTok content and ad solutions, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic changing environment.

Responsibilities
- Become an expert in TikTok ad solutions and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
- Champion TikTok creative best practices that cascade to best-in-class ad content
- Lead account planning process that aligns brand and TikTok resources to maximize opportunities
- Create compelling sales presentations and proposals utilizing internal and external data
- Grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with clients and navigate complex relationships
- Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
- Spearhead client education on products and give product updates to advise on the best approach to drive business outcomes for clients and agencies
- Work cross-functionally within sales and other TikTok teams to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of media sales, digital marketing, brand advertising, and/or online advertising experience
- Experience with digital media (i.e.- Digital TV CTV, OTT, social media, etc.)
- Experience working on e-commerce/online retail
- Ability to analyze data (Excel pivot tables, Tableau) and create actionable insights
- Track record of building compelling presentations leveraging industry and internal proof points
- Knowledge of the TikTok ads platform, auction, and biddable forms of digital advertising buying
- Proven ability to establish relationships with advertisers, agency and C-level relationships
- Track record of delivering and exceeding revenue goals
