Job Summary:
VVater seeks an experienced, dynamic, full-time onsite Senior HR and Administration Manager to lead our human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management, a strong understanding of administrative operations, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that support our organizational goals. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can effectively manage HR processes, policies, procedures, systems, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and implement Administrative policies, systems, procedures, standards, and codes.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
- Oversee the maintenance of employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.
- Lead and manage administrative functions, including office management, facilities maintenance, and procurement.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee budget planning and management for HR and administrative departments.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Lead and mentor the HR and administrative team, providing coaching and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.
- Extensive experience with HR Software, Payroll software from Gusto, Deel, Breezy and other related software solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
