Job Description
- You will partner with business executive stakeholders to lead business process mapping and improvement projects that increase business efficiency, streamline processes and reduce complexity in the organizations application portfolio.
- You will be responsible for prioritizing improvements and demand with the business.
- You will identify resources and efforts to implement projects and solutions once approved by business stakeholders and management.
- You will manage projects from initiation to implementation.
- End-to-End SAP OTC Process Implementation:
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP OTC processes, ensuring they align with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of OTC processes with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, and PP.
- Monitor and optimize the end-to-end OTC cycle, from order creation through to invoicing and payment, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Pricing Strategy and Implementation:
- Design and configure SAP pricing procedures, including managing conditions, pricing schemas, and pricing records.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and implement pricing strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Implement and manage complex pricing scenarios, including discounts, surcharges, and rebates, ensuring compliance with business requirements.
- Vistex Configuration and Management:
- Utilize Vistex to manage complex pricing, rebates, and incentive programs within SAP.
- Configure Vistex solutions to handle detailed pricing structures, trade promotions, and agreements.
- Ensure effective integration of Vistex with SAP OTC processes, maintaining functionality and data integrity.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) IT Integration:
- Participate in M&A activities by assessing the impact on OTC and pricing processes and identifying integration requirements.
- Support the integration of newly acquired entities into existing SAP systems, ensuring a smooth transition and consistent pricing structures.
- Develop and execute integration plans, including data migration, process harmonization, and system consolidation, particularly in the pricing domain.
- System Integration and Enhancements:
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and recommend improvements to pricing and OTC processes.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and new implementations, ensuring pricing functionalities are accurately configured and tested.
- Ensure seamless integration of Vistex with other SAP components and external systems.
- Documentation and Training:
- Develop comprehensive documentation for pricing procedures, including configuration guides and process documentation.
- Provide training to end-users and IT teams on pricing functionalities, Vistex, and end-to-end OTC processes.
- Ensure that all changes related to pricing and OTC are documented and communicated effectively to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant specializing in pricing and OTC processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP pricing procedures, including discounts, surcharges, and rebates.
- Extensive experience with Vistex configuration and management.
- Hands-on experience with M&A activities, particularly IT integration related to OTC and pricing.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and its integration with pricing and other modules.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP certification in SD or Vistex is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP ECC6. 0 and its pricing functionalities.
- Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and IDoc processing.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
