We are looking for an ambitious and driven Business Operations Generalist to join our growing team. This fast-paced role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, excels at problem-solving, and thrives in dynamic environments. You will collaborate cross-functionally and play a critical role in scaling business development, go-to-market strategies, and customer success. If you love taking the initiative to build scalable processes, enhance communications, and make a real impact, this role is for you.
This role will initially focus on three core areas: Customer Success, Business Development, and Marketing, with roughly a third of your time spent on each.

You will collaborate cross-functionally and play a critical role in scaling business development, go-to-market strategies, and customer success. This role will initially focus on three core areas: Customer Success, Business Development, and Marketing, with roughly a third of your time spent on each.
- Customer Success: Ensure our customers and partners have a seamless experience, improve existing processes, assist with Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and build systems to preempt and offload requests.
- Business Development: Help drive partnerships, lead generation, and strategic calls.
- Marketing: Support product launches, manage PR and press initiatives, and assist with social media strategies to increase website traffic and leads.
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage pipelines and ensure that our SLAs and company goals are consistently met.
- Help with recruiting, sourcing new talent, and managing contractors as needed.
- Build scalable, repeatable processes that can grow with our team and customer base.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the go-to-market, sales, operations, product, and the CEO to align business objectives.
- Continuously improve processes to make them more robust.

- 5+ years in an operational or similarly cross-functional role.
- Strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data

- Available to work full-time in our Redwood City office.
