Leidos Innovations Center (LInC) is seeking a highly motivated and tactical Program Manager to manage programs within its Electronic Warfare (EW) division R&D portfolio. The candidate will support our EW Signal Processing Business Area and be responsible for understanding customer needs to create new business and efficiently and effectively executing technical programs. The ideal candidate will possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, be a strong team player, and can establish solid working relationships with technical staff and peers within the division, as well as our external Government customers. Experience in communications, EW, and radar systems; hardware/software fabrication; vehicle/platform system integration; and/or test and evaluation is a plus.

Pay Range: Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00

Primary Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage small, medium, and large-scale programs.
- Integrate all functions and activities necessary to ensure the program meets customer expectations and contract requirements.
- Actively monitor, track, and manage program tasks, performance, subcontractors, risks, costs, and schedule.
- Conduct quality review and submission of all deliverables.
- Provide strong, proactive, and assertive leadership while engaging multi-discipline teams and responding to business needs.
- Ensure requirements are gathered, documented, reviewed, and approved per organizational/program standards
- Ensure programs are executed on-time, within budget, and remain within scope.
- Create work breakdown structures defining all activities and develop schedules to monitor and track dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain financial plans, track and report monthly actuals vs. planned expenditures, and implement corrective actions as necessary to address variances.
- Some travel and work at remote sites for limited time periods may be occasionally required.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be U.S. Citizen.
- Experience overseeing technical teams and managing R&D programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication, management, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently under stringent timelines
- Experience with captures, including business development, customer relations, and proposal management/writing
- Experience with program scheduling
- Experience with managing program budgets
- Experience with managing subcontractors
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of prior relevant experience
- Active Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of prior relevant experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Idea creation and program capture experience (proposals, white papers, etc.).
- Experience working in a fast-paced Research and Development (R&D) environment.
- Active TS or TS/SCI clearance.
