Amentum is now hiring for several Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert IV - CSIA positions in support of the Cyber Security & Information Assurance (CSIA) Support Services office at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD and Ft Belvoir, VA. This project will provide the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Research (C5ISR) Center services to include programmatic/business management services, engineering support services, field engineering, laboratory, logistics, and acquisition / administrative support services to augment CSIA core Government personnel and turn-key solutions to support the missions of CSIA and its associated Managers and customers. This support will be conducted in close coordination with Government project leads within CSIA.

The candidate will work closely with the client to perform the following:
- Provides objective advice, expertise and specialized skills in, but not limited to, supporting projects related to the individual's subject matter expertise or functional domain.
- Prepares and deliver analysis and presentations to colleagues, subordinates, and US Government Client representatives.
- Works independently in coordination with Government clients to meet CSIA project goals and objectives
- Develops plans, policies in applicable functional areas include systems engineering, network engineering, acquisition management, business process reengineering, specialty engineering (e.g., communications, systems safety, quality assurance, test and evaluation, human factors, reliability and maintainability, systems security etc.), organizational planning, financial management, acquisition logistics, configuration and data information systems, and support or program management.
- Develops budgets.
- Develops program/project standards and schedules.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related field.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience:
- Department of Defense and Army plans, policies, standards, and methods aimed at the acquisition and support of military systems.
- Comprehensive technical experience in the areas of Information Assurance, Cyber Security and Cryptographic Modernization.
- Capable of providing direction for operations and ensuring compliance with all security policies, plans, and procedures.
- Proficient of providing guidance and recommendations for resolution of Information Security and Cryptographic Modernization technical problems.
- Development architecture for the legacy KY100 crypto device KMI Aware to obtain key packages via iAPP/KMI.
- Cellular technical and programmatic requirements to include 5G.
- Firmware development using VHSIC Hardware Development Language (VHDL) targeted for a variety of Field Programmable Gate-Array (FPGA) families and vendors, including Xilinx, Altera, and Microsemi.
- Department of Defense and Army plans, policies, standards, and methods aimed at the acquisition and support of military systems.
- Experience with the Army CIO/G6 programmatic requirement.
- Must have an Active TOP SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a TOP SECRET Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability in Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Past experience working in C5ISR an CSIA.
