With a focus on projects valued at $20M and under, including Build-to-Suit, Flex/Industrial, Institutional, Distribution Centers, Low-rise Office, Retail, Tenant Interiors, Repositioning, and Specialty Construction.

Description
My client is seeking a seasoned Superintendent with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in interior projects:
- Manage daily field operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedules and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintaining detailed reports
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to address and resolve any issues promptly
- Uphold a culture of teamwork and excellence on the job site
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Experience with renovation projects $1M+
- Proven track record of running jobs from cradle to grave
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Mastery of reading construction drawings; tasks including reading, interpreting, and updating construction project-related drawings
- Proficiency in PlanGrid, Ranken, and Bluebeam highly preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment
