Spiral Solutions is seeking an Antenna/RF Systems Engineer to join our team!
Location: Nellis, AFB Nevada
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Requirements
Required Experience:
Creation and execution of detailed test plans for antenna performance evaluations;
Possess experience in C++, MATLAB, Python, or other highly technical languages;
Applied electromagnetics and/or aircraft survivability; or comprehensive understanding of EM energy transmission through space and within material;
Studying new system level features and working with engineers to create comprehensive test strategies to evaluate them;
Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, related engineering or physics discipline from an ABET accredited program; and
At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience.
Desired Experience:
Create test plans to qualify and quantify different modulation schemes as required depending on the wireless communication system being implemented; and
Make recommendations to cross-functional teams on resolving wireless system issues including, but not limited to, baseband algorithms and RF/Antenna systems.
Duties Include:
Developing and employing antenna system collection plans for JCER evaluations of EMSO events.
