As part of this team, you will:
- Manage solution execution projects (Cat.C/B): project within a single business, small or medium complexity.
- Organize projects, monitor and control progress & budget and assess & manage the risks.
- Manage complete job process order preparation through financial close-out and provide technical support.
- Deliver every project on time within budget and scope.
- Develop and implement strategies and tactics to effectively manage and grow selected multi-location industrial accounts on a worldwide basis.
- Lead, manage, and develop an account team to provide sales support, marketing expertise, project management and customer service.
- Serve as part of a cross-functional team to select new strategic accounts, and evaluates the cost/benefit of existing account relationships.
- Implement a comprehensive communications and account development process, including developing 'best practice' techniques for account coverage and performance measures.
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation
- Developing a detailed project plan to track progress
- Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Reporting and escalating to management as needed
- Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Performing risk management to minimize project risks
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Fluency in English
- A Master's degree in engineering
- Experience holding a team accountable for adhering to legal requirements
- Experience identifying problems with the project, taking the lead on developing solutions, and ensuring solutions are implemented
- Running regular team meetings and maintaining team activity and morale
- Liaising with third parties such as external contractors around time scales and working practices
- Setting objectives in line with your organization or client needs, which may include scope, content, timings and budget
- Planning work and setting deadlines to meet the agreed needs; Selecting, leading, and motivating your project team from both internal and external stakeholder organizations
- Monitoring the work to make sure it is on time and within budget
- Coordinating the work of your project team and delegate tasks where appropriate
- Identifying and managing risks to ensure delivery is on time
- Implementing any changes throughout the process
- Reporting regularly to management and the client
- Having a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis.
- Being skilled at getting the best out of people and projects you oversee. You thrive when planning projects and working with project teams.
