Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a full time, high energy Sales Account Executive that is motivated, results-driven, and able to present professionally and work independently. We offer a competitive base salary, with uncapped commissions (including residuals), and an excellent benefits package.

As a Hunter, you will...

  • Prospect through a variety of resources, including: client referrals, cold calling, and personal & professional contacts.
  • Analyze needs and practices of potential clients.
  • Present payroll, HR, and Attendance products and services to final decision makers and end users.
  • Meet or exceed agreed upon sales activity and sales targets.
  • Assist in the conversion process for new clients, including the submission of data. Will also work closely with our implementation team to facilitate an exceptional transition for the new client.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer issues.
  • Utilize Salesforce to assist with prospecting, follow-up and managing of prospects.
  • Project a positive and professional image in representing CheckWriters to clients and the community.


Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent work experience required, with a minimum of three years of successful professional business to business sales experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in Office Equipment/Supplies sales, Commercial Insurance sales, Banking, Human Resources, Accounting, Payroll or Development/Fund Raising strongly preferred.
    Ability to work in a fast paced environment without direct daily supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to comfortably relate and interact with senior level management in the areas of finance, accounting, human resources and technology.
  • Qualified Candidates must possess a high level professionalism, along with demonstrated business acumen, analytical skills, problem solving skills, effective time management, and teamwork.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite required; experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • A valid driver's license.
