We are seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager, reporting to our Head of Product, Josh Abrams. In this role, you will be directly responsible for defining, building, and launching features that drive value for our workers, businesses, and internal teams. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will work closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and executive leadership to turn ideas into reality and build a seamless experience for our customers.

Salary Range Details
The compensation range for this position is set between $160,000 and $180,000, reflecting our market analysis and other relevant considerations. However, exceptions may be made for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.

In this role, you will be directly responsible for defining, building, and launching features that drive value for our workers, businesses, and internal teams. What You'll Do:
- Define Product Strategy: Develop and execute a clear product vision and strategy, setting short- and long-term goals that align with the company's objectives.
- Own the Product Roadmap: Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and prioritization to launch, ensuring successful delivery of key product features.
- Leverage Data to Drive Decisions: Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and track the success of new features. Conduct user research, A/B testing, and analysis to continuously iterate and improve.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer: Gather feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to ensure we are building the right products and features that meet user needs.
- Drive Product Launches: Lead the product launch process, working closely with marketing, operations, and sales to drive go-to-market strategies and ensure successful adoption.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Product Management Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within a fast-paced, consumer-facing technology environment (e.g., marketplace, gig economy, or on-demand services).
- Data-Driven & Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus.
- User-Centric Mindset: Deep empathy for users and a track record of building products that address customer pain points and deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams to make informed technical trade-offs.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from engineers to executives, and articulate complex ideas in a simple, clear manner.
- Strong Execution Skills: Proven ability to deliver complex projects, manage multiple priorities, and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter with an ownership mentality, who thrives in ambiguity and can drive impact in a rapidly evolving space.
