Full Time: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Senior Electrical Engineer designs advanced electrical components and sub-assemblies with minimal support. This position reports to the Manager, Electronics Research and Engineering or Manager, RF Products.

Position Summary:
Senior Electrical Engineer designs advanced electrical components and sub-assemblies with minimal support. This position reports to the Manager, Electronics Research and Engineering or Manager, RF Products.
Position Responsibilities:
- Detail & design electrical component & electrical sub-assemblies
- Research, test & assemble electrical components & electrical sub-assemblies
- Troubleshoot Production problems
- Assist in the documentation of components & sub-assemblies
- Maintain documentation and/or logbook
- Responsible for maintaining design documentation for review purposes
- Participate in multi-discipline design efforts with high awareness of design implications within team environment
- Provides research support, understands new technologies, and supports product innovation
- Supports specialty electrical designs with high degree of technical independence
Position Requirements:
- Displays appropriate personality traits and strong communication skills
- Aware of design implications within team environment
- Documentation skills (prints, schematics, BOM, log books, specifications, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and facilitating skills
- Strong awareness of multi-disciplined/stakeholder needs
Education/Certifications:
- Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with related work experience or related work experience
- 7+ years of applicable work experience
