Reporting to the VP of Alliances and Partnerships in North America, you will lead initiatives to empower partners and drive expansion with Coveo's cutting-edge solutions. Working closely with key SIs and GSIs across their sales cycles, you'll advocate for AI-powered search solutions, positioning Coveo at the forefront of innovation.

This role offers a fast-paced, highly visible opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the future success of Coveo's Alliances and Partnerships team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Building, developing and executing on a North American SI & GSI partner plan while working with Coveo's international alliance team to extend reach.
  • Developing relationships and increasing awareness of the Coveo solutions with key stakeholders from the most high-impact SIs / GSIs.
  • Continually identify new sales leads with all partners and maintain fruitful relationships with existing partners.
  • Nurturing partner pipeline in conjunction with inside sales so it becomes sales ready.
  • Working collaboratively with marketing and sales to develop and execute a strategic partnership pipeline of on-going events and activities. You will create robust follow-up campaigns in conjunction with marketing around any conferences, shows and events or webinars hosted.
  • Collaborating with Coveo product teams and SI/GSIs on potential industry accelerators.
  • Regularly attend and present to various user groups within the SI/GSI ecosystem.
  • Driving partners/prospects to meet Coveo at events (i.e.virtual webinars, conferences, shows) which would mean traveling 20-30% of the time.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • Strong experience in a similar Alliances & Partnerships role in SaaS.
  • Exposure to working within the SI/GSI ecosystem and/or developing/managing GSI alliances (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte Digital, Capgemini, IBM, TSC, Wipro, etc.).
  • A track record of creating and executing successful partner/alliance strategies, winning support from senior management, and increasing vendor's awareness and mindshare within an ecosystem.
  • Self-starter with a strong independent, entrepreneurial spirit.
