ABOUT THE JOB
The Tepa Companies are seeking a Program Manager, SDSFIE (Spatial Data Standards for Facilities, Infrastructure, and Environment) organizes, coordinates, and oversees the SDSFIE program. This role provides strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote organizational goals. The Program Manager organizes and directs staff on various activities in support of program plans, strategies, and improvements. This role creates and manages the long-term goals of the SDSFIE program and coordinates with the Executive Vice President for impacts to the strategic plan. The Program Manager also works on program strategy with business development teams.

ABOUT THE JOB

Job Functions:
- Leads and develops the SDSFIE program and supports activities as they relate to program management and improvements.
- Conducts research and writes and reviews technical reports and evaluations, studies, work plans, fact sheets, information papers, briefings, programmatic status reports, and Course of Action (COA) recommendations
- Assesses reports for functional and technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory guidance
- Provides technical advice and service to clients and other teams as they relate to the SDSFIE program
- Monitors and track project metrics and oversees deliverable schedule, provides technical review, and applies quality assurance and quality control checks
- Maintains and updates technical databases, data analysis, and programmatic data queries, and the development and execution of automated production workflows
- Coordinates directly with client or project manager to manage/oversee SDSFIE project tasks
- Prepares cost estimates and proposals
- Coordinates work schedules with and oversight of subcontractors
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5+ years of experience developing cost estimates and developing proposals/bids
- 5+ years of experience in contract management
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience compiling, analyzing, and reporting on data from a variety of sources
- Ability to identify, develop, and evaluate solutions to complex technical issues
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with project team members and clients
- Demonstrated ability to fulfill commitments on schedule and meet clients' service expectations and requirements
- Self-initiative and motivation with an emphasis on client service, building working relationships, and interacting with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills; including attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness; as well as a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities and short deadlines.
