Our clients are businesses that own mortgage loans (such as banks and real estate investment firms). On their behalf, we manage (or "service") their loan portfolios, which means that we collect homeowners' mortgage payments, pay their tax and insurance bills, and help homeowners in default to get current.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager Operations & Analytics - Print Communications will oversee a small team of analysts dedicated to the Print Communications process. The role focuses on managing the daily print communication data processes, ensuring homeowner communications are sent to vendors accurately and timely and validating that vendor communication materials printed, mailed, and imaged all items timely. They will support the Print Operations team and other business units by providing data analysis, conducting ad-hoc research, and developing ongoing reporting as needed.

The Manager Operations & Analytics - Print Communications will work with the Print Communications Development team as needed to develop new processes. The candidate will have strong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. This role requires the ability to analyze complex issues and resolve them efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure all daily letter processes are completed, and files reconciled.
  • Manage and execute high-risk print production processes; ensure meticulous accuracy in all data creation, transmission, and reconciliation.
  • Create reports and assist the business units with ad hoc data.
  • Use various internal tools, vendor tools and reports, and Structured Query Language (SQL) to answer inquiries on production data.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Print Communications processes.
  • Develop process flows, job aids, and procedures relative to Print Communications operations.
  • Independently detect issues in processes or data, and take appropriate measures to address or escalate them, ensuring risks are minimized.
  • Create and maintain reporting related to Print Communications processes.
  • Mentor and train other team members in best practices.
  • Perform personnel managerial duties such as goal setting and tracking, performance monitoring and coaching, ensuring associate engagement, and other typical managerial duties.
  • Performs related duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in technical, quantitative, or analytical discipline preferred.
  • 6-8 years related experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in mortgage or print communications preferred.


Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
  • Demonstrated analytical and business communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to multi-task and manage deadlines.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience with SQL required.
  • Experience with Snowflake preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills required (graphs, pivot tables, formulas)
  • Experience working with a variety of data file structures (delimited, Extensible Markup Language (XML), JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), fixed width) required.
  • Experience with reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Tableau, or PowerBI required.
  • Experience with writing documentation with Markdown preferred.
  • Experience using source control such as Team Foundation Server (TFS) preferred.
