The Role
We are looking for an experienced data driven growth marketer with a proven track record of driving revenue across new & existing consumers through conversion rate optimization. The Senior CRO Analyst will lead our AXS.com growth strategy through CRO efforts by performing analysis, optimization recommendations and continuous testing and learning. This individual will manage personalization projects from ideation to launch using their experience and knowledge of design, UX, and dynamic messaging to increase conversion rate. The Senior, CRO Analyst will work with our marketing, content, development and engineering teams to deliver an outstanding fan experience for new and existing customers. This is a key role in shaping our customer experience and improving our future customer journey.

What You'll Do

  • Drive incremental revenue through analyses, formulating hypotheses, and developing conversion rate optimization recommendations for AXS.com.
  • Execute CRO growth marketing strategies through the creation of testing roadmaps to improve onsite conversion rates.
  • Design and execute multivariate on-site tests, identify areas for improvement in future tests, and recommend next steps partnering with internal stakeholders
  • Develop a keen understanding of our ticket buyers and their digital journeys, enabling optimized and personalized experiences
  • Collaborate with the creative team for copy, design, and video as well as front-end development to get AXS.com pages and split tests built on time, on spec, aligned with our strategic vision and using best practices
  • Develop AXS.com site recommendations by interpreting and analyzing large data sets through quantitative data analysis (Adobe analytics).
  • Oversee development efforts to control quality of scoped AXS.com personalization projects. Develop insights and partner with our BI/Analytics team to create cross-channel reporting of the entire customer lifecycle
  • Report on relevant KPI's supporting both short- and long-term customer-conversion goals and use insights to communicate optimizations
  • Lead new processes to better facilitate the execution of your responsibilities
  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks or opportunities to be more efficient in our process so we can continually improve


What to Bring
  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) Marketing or Economics
  • 4-6 years managing large scale testing and personalization initiatives
  • 4-6 years relevant experience driving personalization and testing efforts using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Interaction Studio
  • 2-4 years Deep experience with web tagging end to end, from defining the data layer to instrumenting in Adobe Tag Manager or GTM to analyzing results
  • In-depth understanding of segmentation and targeting. (Experience with A/B testing tools, such as Optimizely, Adobe Test & Target etc).
  • Demonstrated experience running simultaneous personalized experiences
  • Experience with UX design, wireframing and usability principles
  • Analytical mindset that is obsessed with tracking and improving KPIs
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and collaboration in team environments
  • Strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to thoughtfully identify challenges and solutions
  • Strong project management experience, with often changing priorities and timelines
  • Entrepreneurial with a mindset of building to scale
  • Excited about engaging across the entire company and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills with proven ability to collaborate across functions from C-level to Web Developers, to drive business growth


Pay scale: $72,766 - $106,117
