Gastroenterology Physician

Schedule/Availability Requirements: * clinic and call * (5) 8-hour days with an average of 2 endoscopy days, 3 half endoscopy days and 3 half office days * call will be shared each month between 3 physicians Facility Location: Prescott Arizona Setting: Hospital and Office Duties: Evaluate and treat patients in ambulatory clinic settings. Perform Endoscopy procedures during scheduled block time and also while on call. FTE: 0.5 - 1 Required Procedures : ERCP and EUS * Office offers esophageal manometry/video capsule endoscopy/Fibroscan - these are performed by clinical staff and interpreted by physicians EMR: CERNER Support Staff: Medical receptionist, Surgery scheduler, Medical Assistants, Registered Nurse Reason for Coverage: locums taking 6 month break/provider they did backfill with cancelled Deal Breakers: NO ERCP/EUS , unable to offer at least one week (7days) monthly.
