Facility in Williamsport, PA seeking Vascular Surgery Locums Coverage Rates: $3750/day Specialty: Vascular Surgery Position: Locum Vascular Surgeon Assignment Duration: Part-time, with shifts 2 weekends per month Position Overview: Facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Vascular Surgeon to provide locum coverage. The surgeon will handle typical vascular surgery cases, including both open and endovascular procedures, and will be responsible for 24-hour shifts over two weekends per month, along with occasional PTO coverage. Responsibilities: * Typical Day: Rounding on hospital consults, managing new consults, discharges, and performing inpatient procedures in OR or IR labs. * Shifts: * 24-hour call shifts: Friday 8a - Monday 8a * Average Admissions While On Call: 1-3 * Average Consults Per Day: 4-15 * Average Cases Per Day: 2-6 * EMR/Charting: Powerchart & Epic Qualifications: * Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery (REQUIRED) * State License: Pennsylvania (will accept candidates needing to obtain a license) * Certifications: ACLS, BLS (REQUIRED) * DEA License: Yes (REQUIRED) * Minimum Experience: 2 years (REQUIRED) Facility Profile: * Trauma Level Designation: Level II * Support Staff: Yes, APP/Mid-Level coverage available * Other Specialties on-site: Cardiac, Neuro, IR, Trauma, EP, Interventional Cardiology, General Cardiology, Ortho, Foot & Ankle, Plastic Surgery About WhiteCoat Locums: - Physician owned agency - Highest-Pay rates on the market - $1m/3m malpractice insurance and tail - 100% transparency
