Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Location : A city in Southwestern Kansas with a vibrant community with a strong agricultural heritage, diverse population, and a range of amenities that contribute to its quality of life. Facility A medical facility offering a wide range of medical services, including emergency care, surgery, maternity services, cancer treatment, cardiovascular care, orthopedics, and various specialty clinics. Opportunity : * Bid Due Date: First to Fill * Schedule/Availability Requirements: * Dates Currently Open (all shifts end the following day at 7a): * Dec 21-27 * Jan 24-28 * Feb 1-9 * Mar 1-16 * Mar 17-25 - 2 providers needed * Mar 26-Apr 1 * Apr 2-16 * Apr 17-May 1 - 2 providers needed * May 2-8 * May 9-31 - 2 providers needed * Ongoing dates will be needed once schedules are released * Duration: Stretches of at least 7 days/month * Assignment: Physician working in clinic during the week seeing ob/gyn patients for new obstetrics, established obstetrics, new gynecology issues, and surgical consultations. Surgical blocks are twice per week for non-emergent surgeries. Shifts are 24 hour shifts from 7 am to 7 am and includes all obstetrics as well as emergency gynecology and obstetric cases * FTE: 0 * Required Procedures/Job Duties: All ob/gyn procedures including more than 5 c-section in last 24 months & more than 5 hysterectomies in last 24 months. EMR: EPIC * Support Staff: Lab Tech, LPN/LVN, MA, X-ray Tech, RN * Physicians working with CRNA's and midwives Compensation : Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
