Details are below: Family Practice Physician Opportunity: * Minimum Starting Pay: $261,248 annually, exempt * Sign On Bonus: $75,000 (Three year) $35,000 (two year) * Relocation: $15,000 (individual) $20,000 (family) * Retention: % Annual (Inquire about this!) * Performance Bonus: $75,000 annually, paid out quarterly at $18,750. * Family Practice Physician will be providing medical care to an Indian population of all ages and backgrounds. Family Practice Physician Qualifications: * Must have graduated from an accredited Family Practice program. * Must be BE / BC in Family Practice. * Must be able to obtain Alaska Licensure after hire. * New grads welcome!
