Here, you will make an impact by:Focusing on Conductives portfolioSuccessfully launch new products to ensure cost, quality, and service performanceDevelop and implement manufacturing projects aligned with business strategic plan, customer needs, and division level goals.Partner with plants to implement projects within responsible areas to maintain long term sustainability, and to implement productivity and technology improvements.Identify, initiate, and support capital projects to enable growth to meet customer needs.Collaborate with global team to optimize supply chain architecture to improve flexibility and speed of global supply chainsCollaborate with global team to ensure achievement of cost, quality, and supply chain metricsWillingness to maintain flexible hours and travel to support manufacturing and value stream improvement across global manufacturing operations.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering or Science discipline(completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.Three (3) years of experience in a technical or engineering setting in a private, public, government or military environment.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.Five (5) years of experience in a technical or engineering setting in a private, public, government or military environmentExperience and knowledge with tapes and adhesives, with an emphasis on conductive productsExperience working in a manufacturing environment.Experience with unit cost modelingExperience leading or participating on cross functional and global teamsCommunication skills (oral, written and presentation).Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel either to St. Paul, MN or Cottage Grove, MN at least 2-3 days per week)Travel: May include up to 20% domestic and internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
