Senior Marketing Manager - Ostomy Location: Minneapolis, MN, US Job Family: Marketing Country/Region: United States The Sr. Marketing Manager - Ostomy Barriers & Pouches position leads short & long-term strategic marketing responsibility for the Barriers & Pouches product line within Ostomy Care. The Sr. Marketing Manager works closely with the broader Ostomy Care marketing team and across the organization to implement marketing plans, develop and deploy programs, and manage specific projects in support of brand management. Major Areas of Accountability: Conduct regular product portfolio analysis and makes recommendations on strategic and tactical plans to align with shifts/trends in the Ostomy market Create and implement marketing programs and sales tools and initiatives targeted at key customers to deliver on the US Barriers & Pouches growth plan Launches new products within the line Maintain a solid understanding of the market by monitoring the competitive market, customer insights, pricing, and reimbursement information, identifying trends or changes that will impact business, and recommending actions and contingency plans to maximize opportunities for Coloplast products Collaborate with Medical Affairs to create and implement clinical evidence, supporting evidence-based selling efforts Develop product promotional materials to support product launches, campaigns, product education, and product commercialization materials, including packaging and labeling Champion product commercialization activities across many business functional areas, including Executive Management, Field Sales, Global Marketing, Consumer Marketing and Sales, National Accounts, Supply Chain, Legal and Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Research & Development Manage portfolio and SKU rationalization for Ostomy business area Proactively manage downstream product needs including product questions, request for proposal (RFPs) and hands on support of US marketing strategies Collaborate on creating sales training and materials to achieve sales growth Ensure all programs are aligned with Coloplast's vision, business objectives, and corporate brand Essential Qualifications: BS/BA in Business, Marketing or transferable discipline 7+ years Healthcare Marketing experience Highly analytical in both qualitative and quantitative data International and Domestic travel required High proficiency Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Coloplast employees are required to conduct business to the highest ethical and professional standards; comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, and company policies.
