The Leidos National Security Sector and the Mission Engineering, Integration, & Operations Business Area is currently seeking expertise to join the Space Force Cryptologic Office (SFCO) at Ft Meade, MD.
As a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Subject Matter Expert (SME) Technical Manager, you will be a liaison to the USSF Service Cryptologic Component (SCC) and the National Security Agency (NSA) for all USSF cryptologic mission operations. The SME will engage with a complex, diverse association of operational and technical experts across the Intelligence Community (IC) to ensure USSF cryptologic enterprise elements are prepared to support space and counter-space requirements. Applicants will manage or perform duties to develop, sustain, and enhance space capabilities to defend national interests from attack and to create effects in the space domain to achieve Service, Combatant Command, and national objectives inclusive of but limited to space control, force enhancement, and space force support operations using established and newly developed tactics, techniques, and procedures.

Pay Range: Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00

Responsibilities
- Represent USSF equities in multiple action-officer level, as well as high level, forums.
- Possess excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset.
- Work autonomously and collaborate with groups to actualize customer goals and expectations in a fast-paced environment while utilizing critical thinking and innovation.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience OR a Masters and 10 years of experience . Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with technical management or technical project oversight .
- Experience with Cryptologic and/or Space operations (i.e. tasking, collection, processing, exploitation and dissemination (TCPED)
- ELINT, COMINT, Analysis and Reporting (Fusion) experience .
- National Intelligence experience .
- Experience with Policy and guidance.
- Experience with training and force development/management.
- Extensive familiarity with applicable Space, Military, and NSA Policy and Guidance, Operations, and Staff Functions.
- Must have a current TS/SCI and possess a current Polygraph .
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recent Space Force Intelligence related assignment .
- 20+ Years of Intelligence related experience to include Cryptologic , SIGINT, COMINT, ELINT and Space Intelligence .
