Job Title: Material Handler Shift 8 AM to 5 PM (Monday-Friday) Job Description Accurately and safely distribute material internally and externally to the facility in an efficient and expeditious manner. The ideal candidate must be proficient in 80% of Material Handler I skills, demonstrating a clear ability to grasp the 5S philosophy and work within multiple disciplines. You will follow written and verbal directions and communicate effectively with team members both orally and in writing. This description is intended to be generic in nature. Essential functions and overtime required may vary based on the specific task assigned to the position. Responsibilities Proficiently perform responsibilities and duties of Material Handler I Basic understanding of Excel files (enter data in preset forms and save properly) Maintain and store files effectively Create new locations in the system and print barcode labels Maintain data in KPI Fill out complex forms in ERP systems such as NCM Use various tools to research inventory discrepancies Use problem-solving skills to find lost inventory Reorganize inventory storage for maximum fit and distribution Use carrier-related software and prepare BOL Safely and effectively use hand trucks, pallets, and scales Perform repetitive motions of twisting and bending Essential Skills Forklift Certification as Required Valid Driver’s License as Required Why Work Here?
