Description
- managing the day-to-day construction of complex projects
- ensuring that the project is being completed according to budget and schedule
- assisting with the pre-construction process including budget finalization, contracts/awards, material procurement & submittals
- overseeing an Assistant Project Manager, answer to SPM/Program Manager
- coordinating and leading project, client, and architect meetings
- acting as the main point of contact for the client
Profile
Project Manager - Projects up to $50M
- At least 6 years of experience as a Project Manager running projects independently from start to finish
- Background in
- Life Science (Ground up or interiors)
- Hospital work accepted
- Design Build is a big plus
- Commercial construction experience
- A bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or related
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills
