You love influencing our company’s growth journey and enabling our internal go-to-market teams to efficiently generate revenue and scale.About this role As the VP of Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance and productivity of our global revenue-generating teams. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will lead the design and implementation of data-driven strategies, systems, and processes that enhance alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Your goal will be to support scalable revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting. This role requires a blend of strategic global, cross functional leadership, deep analytics expertise, and hands-on operational capability skills to guide our teams in achieving and exceeding growth targets.  Key functions you will be overseeing include Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Partner Ops, Deal Desk, Compensation and other functions.  Enablement is currently out of scope but may be included at a future date.What you'll be doingDeveloping and executing a comprehensive revenue operations strategy to support global revenue growth and operational efficiency within a public SaaS company environment.Overseeing and optimizing our CRM, sales enablement tools, marketing automation platforms, and other revenue-related technology to drive cohesive workflows and processes.Establishing and continuously refining KPIs and reporting standards for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver insights that support strategic decision-making.Leading the forecasting, budgeting, and revenue reporting processes, collaborating closely with Finance to support accurate projections and public reporting requirements. This may include running our global forecast cadence personally or developing a key resource in your org to manage this critical function in support of GTM leadership, finance, and other key stakeholders.Ensuring cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance on goals, processes, and performance metrics to support seamless customer journeys and consistent revenue growth.Spearheading efforts to identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements and automation tools to increase productivity, transparency, and scalability across the revenue teams.Providing leadership and development to the Revenue Operations team, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.What you’ll have10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment, with 5+ years in a senior leadership position.Proven track record of managing revenue operations within a public company, including experience with public company reporting standards.Expertise in managing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and revenue-related technologies specific to SaaS, with a strong understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics.Demonstrated success in data analysis, reporting, and using metrics to drive strategic decisions in a SaaS business.Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a public SaaS company, especially with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams.About your SkillsOperational Rigor:  Demonstrated commitment to establishing and maintaining high standards of operational excellence, ensuring that processes are consistently optimized, scalable, and aligned with company objectives for maximum efficiency and accuracy. As part of the skill of operational rigor, it is critical that you clearly understand how to implement a 13 week in quarter cadence while simultaneously orchestrating a cadence against the following two quarters (current quarter + 2 cadence).  Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in analyzing and utilizing data to inform revenue strategies, with strong analytical skills and experience in SaaS-specific metrics.Change Management: Skilled in implementing processes and technologies in a public SaaS environment, managing stakeholder buy-in and driving adoption.Leadership & Team Development: Proven ability to build, mobilize, and lead high-performing teams, with a focus on fostering engagement, growth, and accountability.  Your leadership must be strong cross-functionally and as part of this skill you must demonstrate a high degree of EQ and empathy for all stakeholders.We understand that not everyone will match each of the above qualifications. Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor.
