Job DescriptionJob Summary:The role is responsible for management of the Technology portfolio. This includes partnering with leaders across the organization to ensure that high-quality strategies inform our investment choices which, in turn, have clear and measurable value propositions.  This role will also be accountable to define flexible but durable processes to govern investments from long-range planning through to delivery and value realization.  This role will partner with key stakeholders to ensure architectural standards, financial processes, and sourcing strategies are followed.     Job Responsibility:Develops and oversees the entire Technology portfolio. Develops strategy for the long-range plan linking Technology priorities to enterprise strategies, including tying investments to company ROI, Revenue and Profit and communication the value of IT back to the business. Collaborates cross-functionally to establish and facilitate the Technology governance structure bringing executive alignment and collaboration on cross-divisional initiatives. Responsible for establishing and leading the execution of processes for program interdependency management and reporting. Leads and contributes to the identification and adoption of functional best practices and policies through collaboration and reporting, metrics, governance practices to drive further integration and development of shared services and Centers of Excellence (COE’s). Collaborates with Technology divisions, as well as Finance, Strategy, and PMO to ensure Technology program plans, long range plans, and value attainment is aligned across the enterprise and dependencies understood. Champions and drives cross-divisional collaboration and communications between the constellation of Technology organizations and business partners. Participates in and contributes to the general business planning regarding Technology required to maximize WBA growth and efficiency. Oversees budgets, operational plans and performance requirements for the portfolio. Meets budgetary goals and objectives. Facilitates communication between staff, management, vendors, and other resources within and outside of the organization. Shares highly complex information related to areas of expertise. Interacts with senior management to keep abreast of objectives. Allocates available resources to meet operating objectives.
