DescriptionOn this team you will:
- Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas
- Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization
- Day-to-day will include program managing, execution, risk assessments, in order to meet the overall program goals
- Foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate roadmap and manage intake pipeline
- Play an active role in improving how features are built and executed in the Apple Services Engineering organization - Help set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations and other organizations to develop and improve Apple Services Engineering’s suite of featuresMinimum Qualifications5+ years of program or technical project management management, including experience taking features through the complete software development life cycleBuilt global products by collaborating across Product, Engineering, Data Sciences, Analytics, Design and other key partnersPreferred QualificationsStrong technical proficiency – Search and Recommendations experience is a huge plusKnowledge of A/B testingStrong critical thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilitiesAbility to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous input into solid action plansConsistent track record of shipping complex customer-facing and backend engineering projects under demanding timelinesStrong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)Best-in-class communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) to all levels of an organizationBS/BA Degree and/or MBA preferredPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
