Duties As a Supervisory Resource Management Specialist you will: Identify and integrate internal and external issues affecting the immediate organization, such as those involving technical and administrative factors.Integrate the work of the team where each member contributes a portion of the analyses, facts, information, proposed actions, or recommendations; and/or ensure compatibility and consistency of interpretation, judgment, logic, and application of policy.Oversee the resource management and strategic acquisition planning as well as the development and dissemination of technical documentation to support the Division.Improve program efficiencies through process improvement and solution development, workforce management and development.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentDue to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC's) process enhancement to use Shared Certificates throughout the Agency, some of the requirements below may differ:US Citizenship required.Males born after December 31, 1959 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service (see ).May be subject to a Background/Security Investigation. Qualifications All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement.Minimum Qualifications: To qualify at the GS-14 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level, which must include the following experience: planning, process improvement, solution development, workforce management and development, acquisition and procurement strategy, project management, travel coordination, and records and privacy compliance that supports the WTC public health program. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
