Campus Ink is seeking an experienced and innovative Creative Director to manage creative content and artwork direction. This hybrid operator/leader role will take the Campus Ink brand to the next level. Working closely with marketing to develop creative strategy, devise content, implement vision & motivate a team of multi-disciplinary creatives. A successful candidate is a creative problem solver, proactive in managing team workload efficiently and will guide the brand direction in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership: Provide creative direction for the Campus Ink brand, ensuring brand consistency and excellence across apparel and digital products for NIL & Greek teams.
- Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative strategies that align with our brand's goals and objectives.
- Apparel Design Management: Oversee concept, design, and tech pack creation process for our jersey and Urban Classics private label program, working closely with manufacturers and in-hour production team to ensure the highest quality product.
- Team Management: Build and lead a team of creatives & artists - including designers, illustrators copywriters & freelancers. Staff projects based on team strengths and provide mentorship and guidance across projects.
- Design Development: Take ownership of the design development process for digital - from concept to execution, ensuring that front-end web, social, and email designs are fresh, on-trend, and resonate with our target audience.
- Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control standards for all creative outputs, ensuring that all meet the highest standards of brand excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Graphic Design, Apparel Design, Marketing, or similar).
- Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within sports, apparel or consumer brand space.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
- Proficiency in design software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator, Figma, Canva, etc.)
- Proficiency in apparel production artwork process & techniques.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
