Put your passion, drive and expertise to work with the world's cloud security leader.We are looking for a Staff Workday Integration Engineer – reporting to the Director Digital Transformation, P&C, creates and delivers scalable and impactful technology solutions for the People & Culture (HR) function. In this role you will be responsible for:End-to-End Integration Ownership: Manage the complete lifecycle of Workday integrations, from initial research to final delivery and ongoing support.Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the go-to expert for complex Workday integration scenarios and architecture, providing specialized knowledge and guidance.Technical Design: Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, flow diagrams, and designs that align with project goals and technical requirements, ensuring an optimal user experience.Agile Project Management: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive implementation plans using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of all project deliverables.Troubleshooting, Stakeholder Management & Quality Assurance: Identify and resolve integration issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals, and develop robust test plans to ensure high-quality, bug-free integrations.What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with the full Workday tech stack, including PECI, PICOF, Studio, CCWs, RaaS, and WWS.At least one full implementation of Workday, with demonstrated expertise in Workday technical solutions and integrations.5+ years of experience in developing custom reports and calculated fields within Workday.5+ years of experience integrating Workday with third-party service vendors.A proven history of successfully delivering large-scale Workday integration projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments.What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Experience leading integrations and data migrations for 1+ HRIS platform installations, including Greenhouse and Dayforce.Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).Deep understanding of ATS and HCM business processes (e.g., Eightfold, Phenom), with hands-on experience managing HRIS and ATS platforms.#LI-YC2#LI-RemoteZscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
